Can I use DDR or SDRAM only as the memory? |

he Hi3510 provides a 32-bit wide SDRAM controller and a 16-bit wide DDR controller, which are independent from each other. You can use both or either of them. It depends on the bandwidth of the system. |

The Hi3510 provides two memory controllers. The expansion bus interface is 32-bit wide. It supports:
1) 32/16-bit SDRAM in the size of 128 MB
2) 32/16/8-bit Flash, SRAM and other static memory devices. There are four banks in total, each of which supports up to 64 MB.
The DDR controller supports 16-bit DDR in the maximum size of 128 MB. |
