Hi2120

3GPP R14/15/16, featuring high integration, low power consumption, and OpenCPU

Hi2120 is a 3GPP Release 13/14/15 compliant NB-IoT SoC that can be upgraded to Release 16 for added functionality. This SoC is highly integrated, packing in the baseband, RF transceiver, power amplifier (PA), power management unit (PMU), and digital logic. Thanks to its system-level ultra-low-power design, the SoC can work in different 3GPP working modes (DRX/eDRX/PSM). It can achieve 20 μA standby power consumption and receive downlink data in minutes in real time, meeting the requirements for real-time valve closing in meter scenarios. Its RFIC operates at the 450 MHz to 2480 MHz frequency bands, allowing for integration into a multitude of devices.
Hi2120's integrated BLE 5.0 accommodates traditional local maintenance and debugging requirements – from production calibration, to local OTA update, to onsite fault locating and parameter configuration.
Hi2120 incorporates security across all aspects of the device, bolstered by its built-in independent security subsystem with hardware-based crypto engine that supports AES, SHA2, and RSA/ECC.
