8KP120 flagship TV SoC

Hi3751V900 is a flagship 8K+AI chipset that's deployed in 8K smart TV and smart home scenarios. It offers powerful encoding and decoding capabilities, and supports 8Kp120 decoding in mainstream protocols, including AVS3, H.265, and AV1. The integrated 8-core 64-bit Cortex-A73 CPU supports high-speed computing in complex home scenarios. Its Mali-G52 MC6 GPU supports 4K UI and large-scale game rendering. The independent NPU provides powerful edge intelligent computing, and supports AI+interactions, AI+PQ, and AI+AQ services. The integrated dual-core HiFi 3 audio DSP supports 3D audio decoding, sound effect processing, and intelligent audio processing.

Thanks to HiSilicon's upgraded picture quality (PQ) algorithm and integrated 8K@60 Hz MEMC, the chipset is able to support 8K E2E image processing. With its powerful computing and processing capabilities, Hi3751V900 provides users with a next-level human-machine interface, wide array of intelligent applications, and stunning audiovisual entertainment experience. It works in tandem with high-speed interfaces like GE, USB 3.1, PCIe 3.0, and 8K HDMI, and can be applied in 8K UHD playback, smart home, intelligent interaction, and smart audio and video scenarios.

HDR Vivid

Bringing out vibrant colors

HDR Vivid is released by the UWA,and intelligently optimizes HDR schemes on a frame-by-frame basis. With dynamic metadata and tone mapping, this technology dynamically adjusts display effects based on the actual brightness and color information to deliver consistent color vibrancy and detail. HDR Vivid tweaks images to display colors and textures closer to reality, with precise contrast and distinct bright and dark regions.

AVS3

8K/4K UHD codec with leading performance

AVS3, published in October 2021, is the next-generation UHD audio and video encoding standard designated by China's NRTA, DVB, and IEEE. AVS3 is the latest member of the family of video encoding standards developed by China's AVS Workgroup. It is capable of encoding video with approximately 40% bitrate savings for the same subjective quality compared to HEVC. This places AVS3 among the world's most efficient video encoding technologies.
